The Linden Tree House is a dream come true!
After a life-time of being involved in education and teaching from Kindergarten through 8th grade, I’ve found my right livelihood as the owner/lead teacher of this sweet school. Taking care of small children in the warmth + comfort of my home, designed from the heart with nourishing materials, is a great joy! If it feels like a good fit for you, I hope you’ll reach out!

Rachel is so patient and communicates fairly among the children, when at play or if there are disagreements. She has a great ability to give children options and allows them to be heard. I know Matilda responds to her gentle care and interest in what she does at the school.
We have immensely enjoyed our children’s time at The Linden Tree House Preschool. Ms. Rachel greets the day with song and intention, ready to support our two children in their unique development and creative needs of that day. Ms. Rachel integrates the Waldorf curriculum supporting our family to prioritize nature, ceremony and festivals, warmth, play, and the joy of childhood. We love the home based model allowing for comfort, cozy feeling, and love in the ‘home’ school setting
The Linden Tree House has been a sanctuary for our kiddo the past few years. It’s such a nurturing environment where the children have space to be themselves and flexibility to explore their world. Rachel is a terrific educator in an unassuming way and we are so grateful for the time we’ve already had at the LTH and we hope to keep coming back.
