Monday is Rice + Beans Day:
Organic brown rice and organic beans cooked with organic chicken broth, salt, olive oil. Coconut aminos for topping.
Tuesday is Millet day. We have organic millet with butter and coconut aminos.
Wednesday is Soup Day: Stone Soup: olive oil, butter, salt, garlic, seasonings, chicken stock, water, seasonal vegetables. In the linked video, I follow her recipe but skip the Bullion, as I suspect it has MSG. (Yeast Extract.)
Thursday is baking day. We’ll bake bread, or sometimes muffins or other special, delicious baked treats!
Friday is Porridge Day:
Ingredients:
1.5 c steel cut oats
2 tbsp butter
3 c almond or coconut milk (or milk/milk substitute of your choice)
1.5 c water
1/2 apple, peeled and chopped small (optional)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
Toppings:
Peanut Butter
Raisins
Maple syrup (for a special treat, heat the syrup in a small saucepan on low)
Butter
Flaked coconut
